How can I join the MSA?
Every Muslim on campus is, by default, a General Member of the MSA!
In order to become an Executive Member, we hold annual elections in the spring.
If you would like to volunteer for us, stay up-to-date with our newsletter and instagram, where we post about our volunteer opportunities!

Are there congregational prayers held throughout the day? When are they?
Congregational prayers are unofficially held in the HUB Multifaith and Prayer Space. There is a whiteboard at the front of the musallah that has the Adhan times, which commonly align with the Adhan times that MCE Mosque uses.

Where can I offer feedback for the MSA?
If you would like to offer the MSA feedback, you can feel free to email us at msa@ualberta.ca. If you would like your feedback to be anonymous, we have a white anonymous feedback box on the white shelf of the musallah in the HUB Multifaith and Prayer Space!

Where and when are Jumm’ah prayers?
Our Friday congregational prayers take place at 1pm as well as at 2pm in HUB Multifaith and Prayer Space during the Spring semester.
During the fall and winter semesters, the Jumm'ah prayers are usually held in one of the gyms on campus. You can find the most up to date information on our newsletter and Instagram.
